At Impact HR, we help purpose-driven organisations build stronger, safer, and more inclusive workplaces. Our team delivers practical, values-led support across all areas of the people experience, from compliance to culture, leadership to wellbeing.

We offer strategic HR consultancy, operational support, and expert guidance to charities, social enterprises, and values-led businesses across the UK. Whether you're growing your team, managing change, or embedding inclusive practices, we tailor our support to your needs.

Our core services include:

Strategic HR Consultancy – We partner with senior leaders and boards to align people strategy with organisational values and goals. We advise on structure, workforce planning, leadership alignment, and cultural change.

HR Support for Small Organisations – We offer flexible, ongoing HR support for organisations without in-house teams. From contracts and handbooks to day-to-day advice, we’re a trusted partner for growing businesses.

Health & Safety – We help you meet your legal obligations and create a culture of safety and care. Our support includes risk assessments, policy development, H&S training, and practical advice tailored to your setting.

People Projects & Change – We manage complex people challenges including restructures, TUPE, investigations, and wellbeing reviews. We combine empathy and compliance to deliver outcomes that last.

Leadership Development & Coaching – We help leaders grow with purpose and confidence through 1:1 coaching, team development, and facilitated learning.

We’re not just HR experts — we’re your partner in creating meaningful, lasting impact through people.
