Andrew Clitheroe

Andrew Clitheroe is a seasoned finance leader currently serving as the Group Finance Director at Impact International. With extensive experience in industries such as Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Rail, and Construction, they specialize in developing teams, processes, and systems to manage complex contract risks. Prior to this role, they held significant positions including Finance Director at Carr’s Engineering and the Group Head of Business Finance at Carrs Group plc. Andrew also contributed to financial functions at organizations like Nestlé and John Lewis, and has been involved with Britain’s Energy Coast Business Cluster as a Non-Executive Finance Director since 2020. They hold a BA in Management Studies from the University of Leeds and are a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
