Bianca Pak

Bianca Pak is a Senior Associate at Impact Justice, a national innovation and research center for justice reform. Previously, Bianca has held roles such as People Operations Associate and Operations Coordinator at Impact Justice. With a strong background in community engagement and leadership, Bianca has also worked at the Holden Center, University of Oregon Prison Education Program, Carnegie Global Oregon, and various other organizations. Bianca holds a BA in Political Science & General Social Sciences from the University of Oregon.
