Impact Learning helps organisations with competence development.

We offer HR-solutions guided by the principle of action oriented learning. We believe that competence development and training only create real results if they are firmly anchored in the daily reality of the organisation. This means integrating the HR-strategy with the strategically relevant daily tasks and designing learning activities, which are directly related to these. Only this way will the people impacted feel motivated to accept and drive their own learning process.

To handle the complexity of a competence development process, we offer access to our carefully designed human resource IT-system. Our system allows your organisation to underpin its competence development with process management and hard data on progress and effect.

Our services include:
•	Competence development planning
•	Competence development measurement and analysis
•	Designing learning activities
•	IT-system access which enables your organisation to handle its competence development processes itself
