IMPACT LXD is a full-service curriculum and professional learning agency serving K-12 ed tech companies, publishers, schools and districts.

We develop educational content and professional learning programs that are research-backed, standards-aligned, and built for real classrooms. The difference between curriculum that looks good and curriculum that actually teaches something is everything. That's the gap IMPACT LXD exists to close.

Our services include:
— Curriculum Development: Standards-aligned lessons, units, and full programs across ELA, literacy, science of reading, and math. Built for teachers to teach and students to learn from.
— Professional Learning Design: Virtual PD programs built to change what teachers do on Monday morning — not just what they know by Friday afternoon.
— Virtual PD Facilitation: Engaging, practical sessions focused on implementation, not just inspiration.
— Content Development: Worksheets, assessments, facilitator guides, supplementary materials, and more.
— Subject Matter Consulting: Science of reading implementation, literacy instruction, curriculum audits, and instructional design.

IMPACT LXD was founded by a curriculum and learning experience designer with 18+ years of experience — including time as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, district leader, university supervisor, and independent consultant serving dozens of organizations across the country. That 360-degree perspective is what makes the work different.
