Alec England has extensive experience in IT support and service management, currently serving as Service Desk Supervisor and previously as Service Desk Core Engineer at Impact Networking, LLC since June 2019. Prior roles include Help Desk Specialist at Stericycle and Help Desk Analyst at Randstad Technologies US. Alec also worked as a Technical Consultant at Geek Squad and held an inventory management position at Best Buy. Earlier experience includes a position with the City of Kenosha. Alec holds two degrees from Gateway Technical College, specializing in Cybersecurity and Network Specialist within the Information Technology field.
