Heather Berry

Finance Director at Impact NW

Heather Berry has a strong background in finance and management. Heather has worked as a Financial Controller at United We Heal Training Trust since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Financial Director at New Avenues for Youth starting in 2022. From 2013 to 2019, Heather worked at Impact NW as a Finance Director, where they successfully reduced costs and increased revenue. Before that, they worked as a Billing and Budget Analyst, where they managed budgets and grant reporting. Heather also has experience as a Program Manager at OHSU Avel Gordly Center for Healing, where they provided clinic support and created forecasting models.

Heather Berry holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Marylhurst University. Heather also possesses a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from Portland State University. Additionally, they have obtained a Not-for-Profit Certificate I from AICPA in 2020.
