Peter Babudu

Peter Babudu serves as the Executive Director at Impact on Urban Health since July 2023, where efforts focus on advancing health equity in Lambeth & Southwark and promoting healthier urban environments. Babudu has been a Fellow at On Purpose since January 2011, cultivating leaders for the impact economy. Previously, at the Youth Endowment Fund from July 2019 to July 2023, roles included Assistant Director of Research & Youth Understanding, where research on youth violence was prioritized, as well as Interim Director of Impact and Head of Evidence, overseeing substantial funding initiatives and evidence utilization. Additionally, from September 2019 to November 2022, Babudu chaired The Blagrave Trust, advocating for youth-led change and responsible investment. From January 2013 to September 2019, Babudu served as a Trustee at Khulisa UK, supporting youth development initiatives. Academically, Babudu holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Development Studies from Birkbeck, University of London.
