Cavin Collins

Cavin Collins has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles within the flooring industry, currently serving as Countertop Coordinator and Admin at Impact Floors since June 2018. In this position, responsibilities include preparing purchase orders, verifying specifications and prices, resolving shipment discrepancies, and liaising with suppliers. Prior to Impact Floors, Cavin served as Customer Care Team Leader and Customer Care Representative at Rasa Floors from March 2012 to January 2014, and as a Billing Representative at Time Warner Cable from January 2011 to March 2012. Cavin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Jarvis Christian University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
