Russell Beard

Russell Beard, SPHR, sHRBP has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Vice President of Human Resources at Impact Property Solutions since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health from October 2020 to February 2022. From August 2016 to June 2020, Russell held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at American National Bank of Texas. Russell also served as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Public Storage from July 2003 to April 2016. Before that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Argenbright Security Inc from 2002 to 2003, and the Corporate Director of Human Resources at LSG Skychefs from 1997 to 2002.

Russell Beard, SPHR, sHRBP holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Communication, General from the University of North Texas from 1986 to 1991. In 1986 to 1988, they also attended Odessa College. Russell has obtained additional certifications including Strategic Human Resources Business Partner from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2018, and they are also a Senior Professional Human Resources certified by the Society of Human Resources Management.
