Impact Recruiting specializes in placing talented Finance, IT and Human Resources professionals in contract and full time hire positions. We pride ourselves on detailed client service and providing highly skilled individuals who show up ready to hit the ground running.

OUR FOCUS
We specialize in staffing solutions for Finance, IT and Human Resources fields in multiple industries. We have a deep understanding of the roles in each of these career categories, which allows us to hit the ground running when helping to find talent.

We’re creative problem solvers. We’re not interested in just filling a seat. We’re focused on doing the legwork to make sure we place the right people in the right positions. Sometimes, that means looking at other alternatives, such as training existing or temporary talent to meet a specific, unique challenge.

LOCALLY BASED. GLOBALLY SOURCED.
We love the Pacific northwest and all it has to offer. This is our home and where we’ve worked for more than 20 years. We are passionate about helping the local economy and business community to realize its full potential. To do that, we understand that sometimes that requires a global reach. We’re equally adept at finding home-grown talent as we are working with talent out of the region or out of the country. Bring us your staffing challenges and we’ll show you how we can create a customized solution to meet your needs.

VETERAN OWNED. COMMITTED TO SERVE.
Co-owner Dave Fitzsimons is proud to have served our country in the Navy and we feel strongly about supporting our troops in their next chapter of life through mentorship, business counseling and supporting Veteran organizations supporting mental health and suicide prevention.
