Bob Buss

Bob Buss is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Owner and President of Impact Solutions, Inc., since January 2025, Bob leads a recruiting agency that connects companies with top-tier technical talent, utilizing extensive manufacturing expertise to provide tailored hiring solutions. Prior to this, Bob held various leadership roles at Milwaukee Forge from March 1996 to January 2025, including Vice President and Sales Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and marketing functions and managing a diverse global sales portfolio. Earlier experience includes roles at Rockwell International as a Commodity Buyer and at Amerequip Corporation as an Inventory Analyst. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, earned between 1989 and 1993.
