His focus is on matching the diversified skills of the helpdesk support group to the unique and urgent needs of the client. Larry strives to guide support specialists to effectively utilize the help desk problem management process of identifying, evaluating, responding, and resolving help requests to ensure timely and accurate responses while emphasizing the Impact Technology Groups’ mission of a client-focused attitude. He has experience in accounting and IT helpdesk environments as well as in-depth knowledge of various IT infrastructures.
A native of Birmingham, Larry has always been intrigued by technology. He decided to pursue his longstanding interest at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Forensic Accounting and IT Auditing.
Larry is still fascinated with emerging technologies and the many ways to use them for problem-solving in business and other areas. He relishes the chance to continually learn about new technology while providing effective and responsive customer service to clients.
