Currently employed at IMPACT Technology Recruiting as a Technical Recruiter, where Erica specializes in placing Software Engineers and Open Source Engineers in full-time and contract positions in the Greater Seattle Area. Prior to this, Erica worked as a Team Lead in Talent Services at Motion Recruitment, handling similar recruiting responsibilities. Erica also has experience as a Recruiter at Laura Turner LLC before moving into the recruiting field. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Emory University.
