Kevin Robinson has a diverse range of work experience in the technology recruiting and consulting industry. Kevin began their career at Hall Kinion as a Technical Recruiter, where they focused on direct sales and building relationships with clients. Kevin then moved on to Act 1 Technical and Professional Resources, where they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for recruiting both contract and permanent IT professionals.
Kevin then joined Resource Management International, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, where they successfully recruited contract and direct hire technical talent on a restrictive budget. Kevin then transitioned to COMSYS, where they served as a Placement Manager, responsible for full-life cycle recruiting and serving as a consultant to determine best staffing practices for IT requirements.
Kevin continued to advance in their career, joining Experis as a Regional Vice President, overseeing sales, recruiting, and operational management for multiple business units. Kevin achieved impressive financial results, exceeding revenue and profit goals. Kevin then became President of IMPACT Technology Recruiting, leading the company to be recognized as one of America's fastest-growing companies.
Most recently, Kevin has held the roles of Management Consultant and Chief Executive Officer at IMPACT Technology Recruiting, demonstrating their expertise in financial analysis, sales training, and leadership. Throughout their career, Kevin has consistently delivered top talent and achieved significant business growth.
Kevin Robinson attended Northern Arizona University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
