Joss Monzon is a highly experienced creative professional with a diverse background in digital content production, brand storytelling, and creative direction. Currently serving as a Creative Producer at Impact Theory since August 2021, Joss collaborates with multiple teams to develop innovative digital content, films, games, and merchandise. Additionally, Joss holds roles as the Chief Creative Officer at VIRTUALWARE and Chief Experience Officer at Nmerso Studios. Past experiences include serving as a Creative Director at Massless and The Meeting House, and as a Producer at Zhenjian Film Studio, where Joss significantly contributed to the development of the major Chinese film Asura.
