Katalin Walcott is a venture partner at Impact Venture Capital. Katalin was previously the representative for Intel to the OpenFog Consortium from February 2017 to April 2020, where they served as CTO and led the Manageability work group. This group was responsible for developing requirements, interfaces, access methods and APIs for a dynamic, elastic and intelligent Fog system. Prior to their work with OpenFog, Walcott was chief architect for Cloud Computing/Infrastructure Optimization at IBM from January 1991 to May 2012.
