Paul Monekosso Cleal OBE is an accomplished leader in strategic development and operations with current positions at The Football Association as Head of Strategic Development & Operations and Chair of the Premier League Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Standard. Active in numerous advisory and trustee roles, Paul serves on the Boards of the Palace for Life Foundation, Impact X Capital Partners LLP, The Elephant Group, and has previously held positions with the Metropolitan Police and Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.
