Kristian Schmidt Larsen

Director, Service Delivery at IMPACT

Kristian Schmidt Larsen has been working in the customer service and operations field for over five years. Kristian began their career at Columbus A/S in 2016 as a Director for the Customer Operations Governance team. In this role, they oversaw 17 people in the roles of Service Delivery Management, Incident Management, and Change & Release Management. Kristian was also responsible for delivering the all-time best EBITDA in 2020.

In 2021, Larsen was promoted to Director of Service Delivery at IMPACT. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of 8 people who focus on developing relationships with customers and increasing cross-sales of services. Under their leadership, the team has won the prestigious Global Columbus Process Excellence Award in March 2021.

Kristian Schmidt Larsen has a Master's Degree in Production Management from the Technical University of Denmark, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Production and Management from the same school. Kristian also has certification from Peak Balance in Strong Leadership, AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation Level, Alfa Laval in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and finally Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
