Thomas Obelitz Høgsbro-rode is a partner and co-CEO of IMPACT EXTEND at IMPACT. Prior to this, they were the director of digital marketing at IMPACT A/S from September 2017 to December 2017. Their responsibilities included overseeing the de-merger of the digital marketing departments from IMPACT to its own entity of IMPACT Extend A/S, as well as defining the strategy for the new company for 2018-2021. Thomas is also P/L responsible.

From July 2011 to August 2017, Høgsbro-rode was the director of consulting at Atcore. In this role, they expanded their personal responsibility from the Retain team to all consultants in Atcore (15 people), implemented a knowledge sharing framework, and increased focus on employer happiness (e.g. "fired" customers who were draining energy from the team).

Høgsbro-rode has also been a member of Nova 100 from May 2011 to December 2013, and an assistant at Swirlnet from January 2007 to December 2007.

Thomas Obelitz Høgsbro-rode has a Master's in IT & Business from the IT University of Copenhagen, a Bachelor's in Economics, Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School, and certification from Marketo in Marketo Certified Consultant, Marketo Certified Solutions Architect, and Marketo Certified Expert.
