Felipe Oliveira is the Founder and CEO of Mindset Ágil - Consultoria e Treinamentos, providing consultancy to organizations in process and project management using agile practices. Felipe serves as an Independent Solution Partner at Businessmap, supporting Kanbanize implementation, and holds advisory roles in governance and strategic management at Precisão Sistemas and Board Club. As an advisor and mentor for startups at Anjos do Brasil, Felipe focuses on governance, digital product management, and ESG policies. Additional contributions include coauthoring multiple books on agile practices and teaching product management at Impacta Tecnologia. Felipe possesses an MBA in Project Management from FGV and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Sustainability and ESG.
