Susan Flannery Adams

Susan Flannery Adams, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People Programs and HR at ImpactAssets, where the focus is on empowering impact investors and philanthropists to promote positive change. With extensive experience in human resources, Susan has held notable positions including Professional Faculty at Sonoma State University, where leadership development was a priority, and Senior Manager at BPM LLP, where support for non-profit clients was emphasized. As an independent consultant at Adams HR Consulting, Susan provided tailored HR and organization development services to various organizations.
