Moniek Hop

Moniek Hop has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 2007, Moniek worked as an International Management Trainee at Fortis Bank (Nederland) NV before transitioning to the role of Account Manager Commodities Agri in 2008. In 2009, Moniek joined Decos Information Solutions as an Assistant to the CEO.

From 2012 to 2015, Moniek served as the Business Unit Manager at Decos Mobile Solutions BV, responsible for Decos Cartracker, a comprehensive track & trace and kilometer registration solution. In 2015, Moniek took on the role of Statutory Director and was strategically and operationally responsible for the mobility solution Cartracker at Decos Mobile Solutions BV.

In 2016, Moniek became the Statutory Director at Decos NL, overseeing the start-up Flo (Driving insights), which aimed to improve road safety by providing individual drivers with feedback on their driving behavior. Additionally, the role involved offering insight into individual trips and driving style.

Moniek's next role, starting in 2018, was as the COO at Lytho, where the focus was on brand management. Lytho offered a flexible and user-friendly platform for managing, creating, and publishing content.

Moniek also served as the Chairman of the Board at Stichting Droomdag from 2018 onwards. This foundation's mission was to provide unforgettable and carefree experiences for families with a parent suffering from cancer or a life-threatening illness.

Most recently, in 2022, Moniek joined ImpactBuying B.V. as the Chief Operating Officer.

Moniek Hop received their MSc degree in Informatics and Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
