Lucy Preston is an experienced education professional with a strong background in program delivery and strategic management. Currently serving as the Head of School Delivery and Engagement at ImpactEd since February 2023, Lucy previously held the position of Strategy Manager at Teach First from May 2022 to February 2023. Lucy's expertise also includes serving as Programme Director at both Learning with Parents and Maths with Parents from January 2020 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Area Director for the East of England at The Brilliant Club and a Mathematics Teacher with Teach First. Lucy began the education career as a Corps Member with City Year. Educationally, Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Cambridge, earned between 2009 and 2012.
