Christopher Hill

Christopher T. Hill, SPHR, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ImpactHR Consulting, a veteran-owned firm specializing in customized Human Resources solutions for small and medium-sized businesses since October 2015. From March 2018 to June 2025, Christopher held the position of Chief People Officer at Ventech Solutions, where expertise in healthcare IT solutions was leveraged to enhance HR strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at MacAulay Brown, providing strategic HR guidance to senior management, and as Director of Human Resources Operations at Battelle Memorial Institute, managing a team of 22 HR professionals and supporting approximately 2800 employees. Christopher holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Human Resources from Bellevue University.
