Jordan Lustig

Jordan Lustig is currently an Advisor at ImpactKarma, but they have held many other positions in the corporate world. Jordan started their career at Walmart eCommerce in June of 2018 and worked their way up to Sr. Director, Digital Product Management - Customer Experience (WalmartLabs) by October of 2020. In this role, they led Product Teams and strategy to create scaleable end-to-end experiences for strategic product areas across rWeb, iOS and Android platforms. Some of their accomplishments during their time at Walmart include improving the Fashion Vertical's shopping experience to create a best-in-class customer experience and driving customer confidence for higher consideration purchasing decisions. Jordan also elevated the Home Vertical's experience to incorporate discovery, inspiration, and education into the funnel to help families achieve their home design and living goals. In addition, they built relevance for the Walmart.com Homepage at the start of the customer journey and ensured that it was easy for customers to accomplish their primary mission. Lastly, they managed the Voice of Customer team of Product Managers and Analysts, recommended ways of working throughout the product org, and expanded feature sets to emphasize the customer voice in the product vision.
