Magnus Bucht

Magn Bucht has over 20 years of work experience in human resources and business development. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Researcher at Andersson & Korn AB. Magnus then moved to PA Consulting Group as a Consultant Associate from 1999 to 2000. After that, they worked at Valtech AB as a Human Resources Consultant & Strategy Consultant and Business Development Manager from 2000 to 2003. In 2003, they joined UNHCR as a Human Resources Officer. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Sida in various roles, including Human Resources Strategist, Head of Administration at the Swedish Embassy in Bamako, Mali, and Advisor to the Senior Management. Since 2012, they have been the Director of Human Resources at the Stockholm Environment Institute. Most recently, in 2015, they became the CEO and co-founder of Impactpool, a social enterprise with the mission to support highly-qualified and motivated individuals around the world.

Magnus Bucht obtained a B.Sc in Social Sciences from Umeå University from 1993 to 1997. Magnus then completed a Post Graduate in Human Resources Management from Stockholm University from 1997 to 1998. In 2005, they obtained a M.Sc in Quality and Leadership Development from Mid Sweden University and a Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Academy.
