Anja Ballmann

Anja Ballmann serves as the Head of HR at IMPAG Gruppe since May 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in human resources and coaching. Previously, Anja was a Systemischer Coach, Moderator und Trainer at Ballmann Consulting GbR from March 2018 to May 2025. Anja's extensive background includes multiple roles at Adam Hall Group from February 2018 to April 2025, where responsibilities included Head of HR, Teamleiter, and HR Consultant for Change & Innovation. Anja began professional endeavors at Deutsche Bahn from August 2013 to January 2018, providing internal consulting across various hierarchies and establishing training and consulting portfolios focused on innovation, alongside conceptualizing and executing training programs and workshops.
