Jeffrey Poulos has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, having held various leadership roles throughout their career. Jeffrey served as the Chief Executive Officer of Philanthropy Massachusetts from 2010 to 2023, where they oversaw the organization's operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Executive Director at StageSource and Assistant General Manager at the Huntington Theatre Company. Jeffrey also served on the board of directors for organizations such as United Philanthropy Forum and Massachusetts Nonprofit Network. Their most recent role was as the Head of Partnerships at Impala.
Jeffrey Poulos earned a BA in Drama, with a minor in Sociology, from Ithaca College from 1983 to 1987.
