Marisa Sires

Marisa Sires serves as the Chief Product Officer at Impala since May 2024 and is a Founding Member at Chief since December 2019. Marisa has extensive experience as a Product Consultant, Mentor, and Speaker, contributing to several stealth mode and prop-tech startups while mentoring various organizations focused on women and underrepresented groups in the workplace. Previously, Marisa held senior product roles at Alfred, BestPracticer, BuildingLink, and Hana, where significant achievements included launching technology platforms, developing go-to-market strategies, and managing product design and innovation initiatives. Early career highlights include leadership positions at Rally and Gigya, spearheading strategies that increased product value and customer retention, and establishing the company’s social privacy standards. Marisa holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Columbia University and has studied at the University of Buenos Aires and Freie Universität Berlin.
