Johan Theron

Johan Theron has been working at Implats since July 2008, where Johan holds the position of Group Executive in Corporate Affairs and Strategy, as well as Group Executive in People. Prior to this, Johan worked at Impala Platinum from 2005 to 2008 as the Group Consulting Metallurgist. Johan also held roles at Impala Platinum as a Plant Manager and Technical Manager from 1996 to 2004. Johan started their career as a Senior Metallurgist at Anglo Platinum from 1993 to 1995. Johan received their BEng in Engineering from the University of Pretoria in 1991.
