Tshegofatso Kole

Tshegofatso Kole is an accomplished chemist with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand. Currently serving as a Research and Development Chemist at Implats since January 2020, Tshegofatso investigates and resolves issues related to instrumental techniques in analytical laboratories, while also conducting research and development projects. Previously, Tshegofatso held the position of Acting Senior Chemist, overseeing the fire assay section and managing laboratory operations. Earlier experience includes roles as a Laboratory Assistant and Chemistry Intern at Johannesburg Water, along with a Laboratory Demonstrator and Research Assistant during academic studies. Training in ISO 17025 and good laboratory practices further supports a solid foundation in laboratory safety and quality management.
