Additionally, Mike has a background in quality assurance inspection and aircraft maintenance in the United States Air Force. Before their current role, Mike held various positions at The Mosaic Company. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an Associate's degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
