Hong Phuc Duong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hong Phuc is currently the Head of Marketing at IMPARGO GmbH since February 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Management and Information Systems from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen from 2015 to 2017. They also have a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Foreign Trade University, which they received between 2010 and 2014. Their high school education was completed at Pho Thong Nang Khieu - High School for The Gifted, National University, where they majored in Literature from 2007 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Hong Phuc Duong has obtained several certifications.
