Altug Ornek is a seasoned organizational development expert with extensive experience in consulting and human resources management. As the Principal Consultant and Founder of Align Consulting since March 2012, Ornek has focused on enhancing organizational and leadership capabilities for sustainable performance improvements. In January 2021, Ornek co-founded Unicon, which emphasizes a collaborative value-creating approach in management and HR consultancy. Current roles also include International Associate Faculty at Imparta, Advisor for the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and Advisory Board Member at Patika Technology Solutions.
