Elizabeth Hern has extensive experience in various leadership roles, particularly in the marketing and communications field. Elizabeth is currently the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Impel, a position they assumed in 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Managed + Marketing Services at Dealer Inspire from 2021 to 2023, where they built and scaled a $25M in-house digital marketing agency. From 2014 to 2021, Hern held the position of Head of Client Services at Dealer.com, leading a complete overhaul of client services during a multi-year acquisition and integration. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Strategy + Communications at Design Partner Communications from 2012 to 2014, where they drove multiple large-scale projects and managed various aspects of business development, marketing, and communications. Elizabeth'searlier experience includes serving as the Director of Global Strategy and Communications - Chief of Staff at American Express, where they provided executive leadership for global strategy operations and communications across multiple international markets.
Elizabeth Hern holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising/Political Science from Syracuse University. Elizabeth also completed a Master's degree in Communications Management at the same institution.
