Mohammad Aminul Hoque

Mohammad Aminul Hoque has extensive experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector, currently serving as the Managing Director of Impel Service & Solutions Limited (ISSL) since January 2012, where a focus on strategic decision-making drives the company's growth. In addition to this role, Mohammad Aminul Hoque has been the Finance Secretary of the Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) since March 2022, having also held the position from July 2015 to December 2021, and served as Joint Secretary General. Prior experience includes a directorial role at Next Online Limited from January 2001 to October 2012, emphasizing customer retention.
