Isaac Harwood

Isaac Harwood currently serves as the Scientific Services Manager at Impellam Group since November 2025. Previously, Isaac held the position of Laboratory Manager at NATA - Nucleic Acid Therapy Accelerator from May 2022 to November 2025, overseeing the administration and quality management of laboratories focused on nucleic acid therapies. Before that, Isaac worked as a Forensic Examiner (Biology) for Thames Valley Police from November 2015 to May 2022, where responsibilities included DNA recovery and case file management in an accredited laboratory. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant with G4S, handling firearms licensing, and as a Domiciliary Care Worker and Production Operative. Isaac holds a Master of Science in Forensic Investigation from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
