Sushmitha Mandarapu is a skilled professional in talent development with a strong background in training and development. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Talent Development at Impelsys since September 2023, Sushmitha previously held the role of Training and Development Lead at Concentrix from December 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included strategic planning, project management, coaching, and data analysis.
