Ajay Paliwal has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. From 2006 to 2011, they served as the General Manager of Assembly Operations at Gates India Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully turned around the business unit from a loss-making enterprise to a profitable one. Ajay demonstrated strong leadership skills and effectively managed costs and expenses. Since 2012, Ajay has been working at Imperial Auto Industries Ltd. as the Head of Engineering and Quality Support for exports. In this role, they are responsible for reviewing new business development projects and ensuring their timely completion. Ajay also addresses customer quality complaints and conducts design quality reviews with customers to align their requirements with manufacturing capabilities.
Ajay Paliwal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the YMCA Institute of Engineering from 1982 to 1986. Ajay also received a Quality Management certification from AOTS Japan.
