Donna has held various roles such as Director of Quality, Sr. Designer/Advisor, Nurse Coordinator, Educator & Program Coordinator, and Director of Business Performance Consulting. Donna has a strong background in healthcare information technology systems and has successfully implemented quality improvement programs in various healthcare settings. Additionally, Donna is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has a proven track record of establishing and directing consulting relationships in acute and non-acute healthcare organizations.
