Chris Harris

Chris Harris is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in private equity and financial services. Currently serving as a Partner at Imperial Capital Group Ltd. since 2007, Chris is a key member of the investment team and executive committee, responsible for leveraged buyout transactions. As the Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Rutland Gate Partners/Harbourfront Capital since 2012, Chris leads investment strategies and initiatives. In 2009, Chris briefly held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Schulman Associates IRB, a healthcare portfolio company of Imperial Capital. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Associate in M&A Transaction Services at KPMG from 2002 to 2007. Chris holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce, graduating First Class from Queen's University, along with qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and CPA.
