Previous roles include Population Health Service Manager at Public Health England, where Shakti Dookeran led a national atrial fibrillation stroke prevention program, preventing thousands of strokes and generating significant cost savings. As a Public Health Strategist in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Shakti Dookeran championed health initiatives for BAME communities and contributed to the development of Primary Care Networks.
