Alexis Dormandy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and investment sectors. Currently serving on the External Advisory Board for the Imperial College Deep Tech Institute and as Chairman of SPOKE, a men's fashion e-commerce business, Alexis has held prominent roles including Non-Executive Director at MessageBird, which experienced significant growth under guidance. Previous positions include CEO of Oxford Science Enterprises, Partner at Atomico, and Managing Director at Candover & Arle, with a strong background in transforming and scaling businesses. Alexis has also contributed as a Board Advisor to the Global Pathogen Analysis Service Ltd and as a UK Investment Council Member to the Department for International Trade. An alumnus of the University of Oxford, Alexis holds a 1st BM, MA in Medicine.
