Deepak Khanna

Deepak Khanna is an Affiliate Professor and Co-Director of Pharmaceutical Executive Marketing and Commercial Excellence Programs at ESCP Business School since May 2020. Currently pursuing a PhD at Imperial College London, Khanna has held various significant roles in the pharmaceutical industry, including Interim Leader of MSD Human Health International, overseeing commercial operations outside the U.S., and President of Human Health-Europe and Canada at Merck/MSD. Khanna played a pivotal role in establishing MSD's oncology business and leading the successful launch of Keytruda. With a robust educational background, Khanna holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, alongside Master's and PhD degrees from ESCP Business School. Additionally, Khanna serves on the Advisory Council of Dwight School London and is a member of the Supervisory Board for Animal Health at Merck.
