Dr Sarah Essilfie-Quaye

Dr. Sarah Essilfie-Quaye serves as an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Research Fellow at Imperial College London, focusing on gender and racial inequalities in biomedical research. In addition to this role, Dr. Essilfie-Quaye co-chairs Imperial As One, a Race Equality Network at the institution. With a background that includes positions such as Project Director and Communications and Events Manager, Dr. Essilfie-Quaye has significant experience in research strategy and education administration within the Faculty of Medicine. Prior to current roles, experience was gained as a Senior Research Technician and Research Assistant at Imperial College London, and as a Customer Service Officer at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Dr. Essilfie-Quaye holds a PhD in Pharmacology from Imperial College London and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Sussex.
