Karen Foster

Karen Foster is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational transformation and strategic program management. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and Director of Strategic Programmes and Change at Imperial College London, Karen has previously held significant roles, including Executive Director of Data Analytics at Jisc, where integration of HESA’s data analytics team occurred, enhancing collaborative product development. Karen's past leadership positions include Managing Director at COBIC and Managing Director of HESA Enterprise, alongside roles as a Non-Executive Board Member at COBIC and Trustee at Home-Start UK. Academically, Karen holds an MBA from The Open University and an MSc in Educational Psychology from UCL.
