Lauren Troy

Lauren Troy is currently serving as a Project Officer at the UK Dementia Research Institute within Imperial College London since February 2021, where responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, assisting Group Leaders and research staff, organizing scientific events, preparing finance reports, and maintaining relevant digital content. Prior to this role, Lauren gained experience in the hospitality sector as a waitress, barista, and bartender at locations like Timbrells Yard and the Inn At Freshford, demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to perform well under pressure. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from UCL, attained between 2017 and 2020.
