Peter Haynes

Peter Haynes has an extensive academic background, serving as Vice Provost for Education and Student Experience at Imperial College London from August 2012 to January 2023, alongside roles as a Professor of Theory & Simulation of Materials and Interim Vice-Provost. Prior experience includes positions as Ramon Jenkins Senior Research Fellow at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge, and Royal Society University Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge. Peter also held the position of Thomas Nevile Research Fellow at Magdalene College, Cambridge. Peter Haynes earned a PhD in Theory of Condensed Matter and a BA (Hons) in Physical Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
