Norma Ramos Johnson has extensive experience in the field of early childhood education, with roles ranging from Head Start Teacher to Child Development Specialist. Currently serving as the Head Start Coordinator for EHS and HS at Imperial County Office of Education, Norma oversees day-to-day operations, staff management, database administration, grant writing, and personnel hiring. Norma also held various positions at Community Action Inc. of Central Texas for over 15 years. Norma holds a BA in Preschool Education and Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
